Every business makes its daily bread by successfully completing specific internal tasks, which generate goods and services for its customers. GEMS is dedicated to enhancing our clients’ internal operations and projects, thus saving our clients’ resources while creating innovative and practical solutions to business problems.

With one such business revitalization project, GEMS is providing the project management and program administration for a grant awarded to a small Upstate New York Village who plays host to a major manufacturer in the area.  This $2.1 million grant provided the funding to save and rehabilitate the business’s building, improve the local economy, as well as remove a hazard from the community. 

GEMS project management services provided a seamless transition from the project development and design to the demolition, reconstruction, and renovation portions of the project.  The project’s budget and fund reporting was also completed by GEMS thorough data collection and monitoring implemented to effectively and efficiently apply for and receive the reimbursements required under the grant program.
